We booked first with Empreo for Kylaq AT, only to find ourselves surprised during Predelivery Inspection when the car was coated with dust and a major dent in the bonnet. With a deadline to purchase the car, we approached Mr. Dipti at Trinity Durgesh. Thank the heavens, he arranged a PDI within 24 hours and the delivery with a choice number within ~48 hrs. When Dipti advises, you can clearly tell the years of experience he has selling Skoda cars. I have seen the dedication most sales people lack, when he washed the car himself during lunchtime as workers were unavailable and manages to pick up your phone everytime even after sales.
