    I had given my skoda rapid for the first time in a EVM group workshop in their kottayam workshop just this week for a battery replacement and it was a pleasant experience.I was attended by Mr Pramod the service advisor and he was a pleasant person and was down to earth.Even Mr Salim the senior service consultant was also patient enough to answer all our questions.I usually give my car for service in PPS Skoda in Trivandrum.The marked difference i found between PPS Skoda people and staff of the Evm Skoda in Kottayam is that i found the Evm Skoda people to be much more comfortable for communication.
