    My wife and I took delivery of a Skoda Kylaq Prestige Plus from EVM Motors & Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Muttam Choornikkara, EKM on 30Apr26. Positives: The end to end experience was seamless and smooth. Mithun Raj, ASM, was exceptional during the sales process. Apart from the usual test drive, Mithun demonstrated the excellent road handling and safety of Skoda. His communication was clear, prompt and all verbal commitments were honoured. The showroom is clean, conveniently located and the staff are warm and friendly. Suja Ernest, CRM explained all aspects of the purchase to us in detail. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended. What can improve: The showroom needs to pay attention to smaller details [e.g. the washroom lights were not working]. Access to the showroom from the highway is bumpy and rough. It will be good for EVM Motors to smoothen the access. These are minor points which can be easily addressed.
