    I visited the service centre in regard to seat belt recall campaign for my Skoda Kushaq. Entire experience was smooth,starting from service appointment booking, timely call notification prior the date by back office staff , professional and detailed work explanation by Service advisor Jijeesh, warming hospitality frm the house keeping staff and special mention to all the service technicians who were present there for the timely delivery.
