    My journey toward owning the Skoda Kylaq began in early August last year, and I have nothing but the highest praise for the professionalism and endurance of my sales consultant, Uvais. Over several months, Uvais demonstrated exceptional patience and remained consistently engaged, ensuring I was updated at every milestone. What truly defined this experience was the contrast in management approaches. While I found the Tirur management’s attitude to be somewhat indifferent, the team at Gem Phoenix Thrissur proved to be far more receptive. Although the management was initially hesitant to offer a competitive deal, they rose to the occasion once presented with the market benchmarks I had gathered from EVM Calicut and Gem Phoenix Malappuram. Regardless of hiccups here and there Uvais remained attentive at all times. Happy overall
