    I recently visited the Gem Phoenix Škoda showroom in Tirur just to make a casual enquiry, and I was absolutely blown away by their professionalism. ​The entire team's deep knowledge of their own cars, as well as how they stack up against the competition, was highly impressive. A special shoutout to the manager, Mr. Zaman. He was a fantastic host—incredibly polite, honest, and patient. He took the time to walk us through every minor detail of the vehicles and even shared some fascinating brand history. ​It is rare to find such dedication and transparent customer service. Highly recommended if you are looking to buy a Škoda or even just exploring your options!
