    I purchased my Skoda Kylaq Signature Plus AT in Lava Blue, with delivery on 22/11/2025, and the experience was memorable from start to finish. My journey with Gem Phoenix Skoda, Palakkad began with excellent support right at the booking stage. What impressed me most was that they arranged a test drive directly from my home. ⭐ Smareesh ⭐, the executive who assisted me, took time to walk me through every aspect of the car—its performance, features, and pricing—making everything easy to understand. His polite and genuine approach really stood out. Since this is my first Skoda, I appreciated how smoothly all the steps were handled. The loan process was completed quickly, and the delivery arrangements were made without any delays. On the delivery day, everything was thoughtfully set up—from the cake and refreshments to preparing the car for the handover. ⭐ Smareesh ⭐ even helped capture photos and explained all the features inside the car clearly. One special moment for me was arriving at the showroom with my pet, Puppy, to pick up the car. I truly hope the showroom continues to be pet-friendly, as it made the occasion even more meaningful. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the entire experience and excited to join the Skoda family. Highly recommended!
