  I recently visited the Skoda service center for my Kylaq delivery, and I must say I was very impressed with the overall customer management and delivery process, by representative Vidhya. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain the work being carried out. Communication was smooth throughout, and I was updated at every stage without having to follow up.
