    I had a truly pleasant experience during my first service visit for my Skoda Kylаq Prestige(1.0 TSI AT) at GURUDEV MOTORS PVT LTD, the Skoda Service Center, Ambattur, Chennai-600058. The memorable ambience of the center, combined with the professionalism of the team, made the visit exceptionally comfortable. I sincerely appreciate the excellent support extended by Customer Relationship Manager Mrs. Dheivayani, Body Shop Manager Mr. Jeeva, Service Advisor Mr. Anantha Kumar and the skilled technicians and co-staff. From dropping my vehicle on 11 November 2025 to receiving it back on 24 November 2025, the entire process was smooth, transparent and professionally handled. Their courteous communication, timely updates, and dedicated attention to detail made the experience highly satisfying. So far as the cons part is concerned, they are charging 1% to 2% as card swiping charges on the billed amount on POS transaction though it's a secured & safe digital payment process that our Govt. has been promoting for a longer over years. I request the customers to be prepared for this as they don't intimate it prior to the last moment which to be very honest gave me a little bit of disappointment at the end. Thank you, Gurudev Motors Pvt. Ltd, the Skoda Service Centre, Ambattur for delivering such commendable service, customer care and a truly memorable ambience.
