I purchased my Kushaq from Jagdish Skoda and after 3 years of getting it serviced in Gurgaon, I finally got my 4th service done here. It was a breeze, and this service centre felt more modern and professional than the one in Gurgaon. In Gurgaon, I would often be asked to pay random charges for additional work (which probably wasn’t required) even though I had an AMC, and as a first-time Skoda owner I assumed it was necessary.
But while pulling out my wallet during delivery this time, the lady told me, to my surprise, that I didn’t need to pay anything. I drove a thousand kilometres the next day and the car feels as good as new. Great work, team! 👍
