    Recently went to the Kaar Skoda Service center to address some minor niggles with my new Kylaq. The service advisor Mr. Likith was very proactive and patient with listening to my concers and making sure they are addressed properly. Even though I didn't book an appointment, they welcomed without any delays and made sure I had a great experience. Mr. Likith arranged The technician Mr. Kiran immediately to verify the concern with a test drive. Kiran patiently listened identified the problems quickly and confirmed they will be taken care of. They even invited me to the service bay to check the underside while the car was in the hoist. To my surprise the service was quick and got the car by next day afternoon itself. Likit explained all the works done to the car and Kiran came along with me while I did a test drive. He explained what the issues were and how they resolved them. Likith gave a complimentary car care kit, which added more value to the service experience. Overall it was a great and satisfactory experience. Best wishes to Mr Likith and Mr. Kiran
