    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an unexpected issue while I was in Pondicherry and needed to travel back the very next day. I called Kun Skoda around 5:00 PM and reached the service center by 5:30 PM, when they were almost closing for the day. Instead of asking me to come back later, Sugandhi immediately understood my situation, coordinated with her team, and made sure everything was completed the very same evening. By around 6:30–7:00 PM, the work was done, and I was ready for my return journey. I’m truly impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and commitment shown by Sugandhi and the entire team. They went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most. Thank you for the outstanding service keep up the great work! 🙌👏

    I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kun Skoda Service Pondicherry (Lawspet). I was visiting from Bangalore when a recurring, dangerous ABS/braking issue flared up on my Skoda Rapid. The team here showed immense accountability and care. I dropped the car off in the evening, and they managed to diagnose, fix, and deliver the car back to me by noon the very next day! Their quick turnaround and thorough professionalism gave me the confidence to drive back to Bangalore safely.
