I would like to sincerely appreciate Ram, Body Shop Adviser at KUN Skoda, for the excellent service and support he provided during my recent insurance body shop repair. What really stood out was his consistent communication and commitment from start to finish. Every morning around 9 AM, Ram would proactively send a voice message along with videos, images, or audio explaining the current status of my vehicle. He also coordinated the insurance process smoothly and kept me informed throughout, so I never had to keep calling for updates. Most importantly, the vehicle was delivered on time as committed. I have been a Skoda customer for the past 5 years and have had more than 5 body shop/insurance repair experiences. Throughout these experiences, Ram has consistently demonstrated the same level of commitment, transparency, and customer care. People like Ram are a big reason why I continue to love and trust Skoda. Beyond the vehicle itself, it is this kind of human kindness, ownership, and customer-focused service that creates a lasting relationship with a brand. A big thank you to Ram and the KUN Skoda team. Please recognize and appreciate his excellent work. 🙏 Thank you, Ram, for making the entire experience smooth and stress Thanks Parameswaran Arunachalam Skoda Kushaq
