    I visited Patni Skoda, Amravati for a test drive of the Skoda Kylaq, where I met Mr. Paresh Khandarkar, Sales Executive. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. What I liked most was that he never tried to force or push me to buy the car. Instead, he first understood my usage and requirements, and then explained how the Kylaq would fit my needs. He explained every feature of the car clearly and in detail. During the test drive, I was still learning to drive, but Paresh sir guided me very calmly and professionally throughout the drive. Because of his support, I felt comfortable and confident. Although I did not purchase my car from Patni Skoda, Amravati, today I genuinely regret that decision. Even after I bought the car from another dealer, Paresh sir has always been supportive. Recently, when I visited Amravati for my car’s first service, I contacted him and he personally followed up with the service manager regarding my car’s service updates. The surprising part is that the dealer from whom I purchased the car never followed up with me, but Patni Skoda, Amravati still checks on my service experience and customer satisfaction. That shows their genuine customer care and professionalism. I would especially recommend Mr. Paresh Khandarkar for his excellent support and customer-first attitude. The manager and entire staff at Patni Skoda, Amravati were also very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Patni Skoda, Amravati to anyone planning to buy a car.
