    I met Mr. Murli, and he resolved my issues in a very cooperative manner. Problems: False anti-theft alarm and inability to use the Škoda app. Solutions: For the anti-theft alarm, the updated software was installed. To use the Škoda app, I was advised to install MyŠkoda Plus on my phone.
