    I recently visited Raja Skoda for the inspection of my new Skoda Kushaq, and I had an excellent experience. A special thanks to Mr. Vikas (Technician), who attended to my vehicle with great care, patience, and professionalism. He thoroughly inspected every aspect of the vehicle and explained everything clearly. I was highly satisfied with the level of attention and care provided, which I did not experience during my visit in Bangalore. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Girish, Service Manager. He has exceptional knowledge and extensive experience. As someone who is enthusiastic about driving, I found his in-depth guidance on vehicle maintenance extremely valuable. He took the time to explain the proper maintenance practices in detail, which gave me even more confidence in my vehicle. Last but not least, I would like to mention Mr. Pramod, who was not present at the showroom during my visit today. He was the person who originally guided me in choosing this vehicle. Many local customers like me truly miss him after his relocation. His knowledge, honesty, and customer-friendly approach helped many buyers make the right decision. I sincerely request the management to consider bringing him back, as his presence would be a great asset to both the dealership and its customers. Overall, I am very happy with the service and truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the Raja Skoda team Davanagere.
