Excellent experience with Mr. Sridhar service advisor , Service Executive at Škoda Tirunelveli. From the very beginning, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. He explained everything in detail and made the entire process comfortable and hassle-free. The test drive was particularly impressive—sridhar service advisor, guided me very well and explained the car’s features, comfort, performance, and technology clearly. He was patient with all my questions and made sure I had a great overall experience. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service, professionalism, and genuine approach. A big thanks to Sridhar service advisor for providing such a memorable experience at Škoda Tirunelveli.
