  I was looking to buy an MG Astor and had paid ₹5 lakhs as an advance about three months ago. However, at the time of delivery, MG unexpectedly asked me to choose a different color, which I wasn’t happy with. I decided to cancel the order and started exploring other options. I visited several showrooms for quotations and test drives, though a few denied test drives since it was a Sunday. Then I randomly walked into this showroom and met a gem of a salesperson — Rishi. He was extremely kind, polite, and professional, taking the time to explain all the details about the vehicle. We did a test drive and got a quotation, and because of his excellent customer service, I decided to try Skoda and booked the vehicle the very same day. Thanks to Rishi’s professionalism, I received my vehicle 10 days earlier than promised and at a great price. The showroom also has a nice collection of accessories — though slightly on the higher side, the quality is excellent and comes with warranty.
