  Dear SGA Skoda, It is a pleasure to have received the vehicle "Skoda Kylaq Prestige AT 1.0" on 06-OCT-2025. From the initial demonstration to the final delivery, the staff exhibited polite and pleasant behavior, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team—including Sales, Finance, Accessories, and Registration—for their efforts. The delivery process was remarkably swift, taking hardly 30 minutes. Special thanks to Mr.Palaniyappan for ensuring timely delivery despite several hurdles along the way. I also appreciate Accessories Manager Mr.Dharmaseelan for thoroughly explaining all available accessories during our visit, and AGM Mr.Kavin for overseeing the entire process. Suggestions for Improvement Below are my kind suggestions, not complaints, intended to help refine future processes: 1.The involvement of various departments is commendable. However, internal communication among them could be further improved. 2.SGA Skoda offers attractive deals. It would be helpful if offers were prevalidated, ensuring customers’ eligibility is confirmed when providing quotes. 3.Providing draft invoices prior to payment would help avoid discrepancies between invoices and payments. 4.While I hope there are checklists and alerts in place for each process, it would be better if customers are proactively notified about steps in advance.   A test driven was taken on the car Skoda kylaq tsi and the car was comfortable and nice to drive . It was a good experience.
