  Well, this review is gonna be long and detailed. So do fasten your seat belts 😁 Before we continue, I should mention my profession. I work as a customer centricity Manager in an MNC. Back in Dec 2021, I walked into EVM Skoda Muvattupuzha to buy Skoda Rapid. Soon I Came to know from Akhil that Skoda has discontinued Rapid as Slavia is replacing it. I saw kushaq parked inside and it immediately grabbed my attention. That was the first time I saw this car. Akhil was quick to walk me around and explain literally in and out about the car. Including the pros and cons. He continued answering my queries over the phone and watsapp for almost a month till I could compare Kushaq with other cars and decide. Once the purchase decision was made, he walked me through each and every step and shared all the details in a timely manner. Even today’s delivery was butter smooth and handed over all the documents in a professional manner. He didn’t forget to walk me through the controls and mechanisms post delivery. And a big thanks for the delivery pic ❤️ A big thumps up for the accessories included. What could have been better? Yes, I am coming to that part. Just nitpicking - Showroom should be well lit even during day time. Better air circulation and cooling. May be a backup for electricity. Could have covered the vehicle when customer n his family walks in for delivery and then could have done the reveal like most other dealers do. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you 👍🏻
