⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Genuine Customer Care at Unnati Skoda, Dhule I was travelling from Pune to Indore in my Skoda Kushaq when the silencer came loose and started making a rattling noise. Fortunately, I reached Unnati Skoda in Dhule, where Service Engineer Saad quickly understood the issue and fixed it within just 5 minutes. What impressed me the most was that they didn’t charge me anything for the repair! Their prompt assistance, technical expertise, and genuine willingness to help a customer in need deserve special appreciation. The overall staff was also very polite, friendly, and helpful, making the entire experience even better. It was a much-needed help at a critical moment during my journey, and thanks to Saad and the team, I could continue travelling with peace of mind. A big thank you to Unnati Skoda, Dhule, especially Saad and the entire team, for the excellent service and customer-friendly approach. Such gestures build trust and demonstrate the true meaning of customer care. Highly recommended! Keep up the great work!
