    ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I recently purchased a Skoda Kylq from Malwa Skoda, and my overall experience was quite good. A special mention to Mr. Imran Khan, the salesperson, for his support throughout the process. The vehicle delivery was completed on time as committed, which I truly appreciate. There are, however, a couple of areas where the team can improve — mainly in being a bit more proactive in communicating the process status rather than waiting for the customer to follow up. Proactive updates go a long way in building stronger confidence and trust with customers. That said, Malwa Skoda delivered on their promises, and that’s what matters most. I’m satisfied with their service and appreciate the team’s effort. Good job, and keep improving!
