From the very first call, the team handled everything with complete professionalism and zero hassle. The pick-up and drop facility was seamless — punctual, courteous, and completely stress-free. It truly set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic service experience. A very special mention for Service Advisor Shekhar, who truly went above and beyond. He kept me informed at every stage of the servicing process — from the initial inspection to the final checks — without me having to follow up. His proactive communication, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made all the difference. The work quality on the car was excellent, and it was returned in great condition, clean and on time.
