The booking and documentation process was smooth, with transparent communication on pricing, waiting period and accessories. On delivery day, the car was perfectly cleaned, all functions were demonstrated in detail and the staff made sure every small request was taken care of. Overall, the professionalism, hospitality and follow-up support from the team here made buying my Skoda Kylaq a genuinely enjoyable experience. Very courteous and professional service center. I will higjly recommend. Although i did not purchase their car because it did not meet some of my requirement but showroom per se and their service is excellent.They also wont keep bugging you on your decision and handle this part very profrssionaly. Such small byt important aspects will really create a strong trust with customers. Also I want to specially mention their service technical rep Mr. Vrishab who accompanied me during my test drive. I have never seen such a well knowledged and polite salesman. Kudos to him. My test drive was amazing. Also would thank their Sales Exec Ms. Poorna for all the efforts she put like scheduling test drives and promptly answering sales queries.
