He was very humble, professional, and never rushed the discussion. The entire interaction felt simple, clear, and comfortable. He also personally arranged a test drive by calling and coordinating it himself, which I really appreciated. His follow-up was polite and not pushy at all. Even though I eventually chose another car, I called and informed him about my decision.
